THE POSITION
* Develop and update industry knowledge
* Lead and manage people
* Manage food service operations
* Manage finances within a budget
* Purchase and manage stock
THE PERSON
* Diploma in Hospitality related field
* Experience in hospitality management
* Sound computer skills
* Good working knowledge of accounting and budgeting
* Experience in workplace health and safety issues
