What this opportunity involves:
As a Corporate Concierge, you'll be the professional face of our client's organization, delivering seamless and outstanding service every day. This role centers on managing the client suite area at the client's head office, where you'll coordinate room bookings, oversee setups, provide basic audiovisual support, and ensure every space is impeccably prepared. You'll greet guests promptly, manage access control, handle deliveries, and respond to requests with efficiency and professionalism. At JLL, we believe the most effective teams are built when everyone is empowered to thrive, and in this role, you'll build meaningful relationships across the organization while supporting both the facilities team and the broader business. Your attention to detail and proactive problem‐solving will directly contribute to an outstanding client experience as you work collaboratively with colleagues, vendors, and stakeholders.
An Overview of the role:
* Manage client suite operations including room bookings, setups, inspections, and ensuring spaces are stocked with appropriate supplies and equipment
* Meet and greet clients and guests promptly, contact relevant staff members to advise of arrivals, and provide a welcoming, professional first impression
* Coordinate audiovisual services by ensuring equipment is in place, properly functioning, and providing assistance as needed to support meetings
* Issue and manage access cards, maintain accurate records in the system, and handle access control paperwork and key register allocations
* Receive and manage courier deliveries, record items in the register, and promptly contact relevant staff members for collection
* Conduct monthly check‐ins with retail stores via scheduled calls to maintain communication and address facilities‐related needs
* Report and follow up on building management issues, faults, and defects to ensure rapid resolution and maintain service excellence
* Build effective relationships with client stakeholders across all organizational levels, from executives to contractors

* Proven experience in a reception or concierge role within a professional environment
* Demonstrated track record of delivering best practice customer service and quality outcomes
* Experience using booking systems and quickly learning new technology platforms
* Strong ability to interact professionally with all levels of an organization, from senior executives to external contractors
* Excellent communication skills with a customer service‐oriented attitude and commitment to creating positive experiences
* Self‐motivated with the ability to work independently and take initiative
* Flexibility and adaptability to respond effectively to rapidly changing situations and shifting priorities
* Previous experience in facilities management, property management, hospitality, or a related field (preferred)
