The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Scheduling Officer to join our team in a part-time capacity. In this role you will play a crucial part in supporting our services by coordinating rosters, liaising with internal stakeholders, and adapting to changing priorities.

About you?
* Minimum 2 years' experience in the scheduling of employees or relevant experience
* Demonstrated ability to use Data bases and Microsoft office suite programs, for example Outlook, Word and Excel
* Demonstrated experience interpreting Awards, ensuring scheduling compliance, industrial instruments and roster optimisation.
* Demonstrated experience or commitment to customer service focus.
* Excellent verbal communication skills
* A friendly, "no problem" disposition when dealing with employees and stakeholders.
* Ability to work a rotating roster.
* Demonstrated time management skills and an ability to prioritise tasks and work independently
* Demonstrated excellence in interpersonal and teamwork skills.
* Understanding of WHS responsibilities
* Proven ability to work within a fast paced and dynamic environment.
* Highly developed teamwork skills
* Demonstrated positive communication and conflict resolution skills
Qualifications/Essential
* Current drivers' licence
* NDIS Worker screening clearance
* A current Working with Children check (with clearance to work with children)
* National Police Check (Newcastle Anglican will consider the relevance of any reported outcomes).
