The Role
As a Real Estate Junior, you'll be the engine room of our sales team - creating opportunities, sparking conversations, and opening doors (literally). This is a high-energy, people-focused role where the effort you put in directly shapes your success.
Key Responsibilities
* Prospect and generate leads via phone calls and door knocking
* Build rapport and start meaningful conversations with homeowners
* Book appointments and create opportunities for the sales team
* Be the friendly face (and voice) that opens the first door in the sales journey
