Line of Service Advisory Industry/Sector Asset and Wealth Management Specialism Advisory - Other Management Level Manager Job Description & Summary Our Forensics team is looking for a Manager to support our team in investigat ing instances of suspected fraud, corruption, and corporate misconduct, manag ing fraud risk and delivering crucial insights for our clients. As a Manager in our Forensics team, you'll play a vital role in supporting organisations to prevent, detect, and respond to fraud while helping build stronger systems and processes to protect what matters most. You'll be working with clients across diverse industries navigating complex challenges in financial integrity, corporate governance and regulatory compliance. What you’ll do: Work with clients and engagement teams in navigating the complexities of fraud and corporate governance, with reference to AS8001 Fraud and Corruption Control and other better practice guidelines (e.g., ACFE, ISO37003) Manage the end-to-end delivery of investigations into fraud and regulatory matters including financial misstatement, asset misappropriation, bribery and corruption, KPI manipulation, bullying and harassment, ESG greenwashing, and other inappropriate behaviours Perform the assessment and quantification of loss, including supporting clients with insurance claims, commerc i al litigation, and disputes Conduct contract assurance activities to identify value leakage including overpayments and other instances of contract non-compliance Structure, draft and review high-quality fact-based reports and other deliverables for clients Coach and mentor junior team members, fostering a n inclusive and positive working environment across our national team What we’re looking for: Experience guiding clients and engagement teams through the complexities of fraud and corporate governance, providing expert advice and practical solutions Deep technical knowledge across fraud detection, prevention and investigation, with a genuine curiosity to expand your expertise An ability to apply analytical skills to a variety of complex issues, with an investigative mindset Advanced proficiency working with relevant software, including Microsoft Office Minimum of 4 years’ relevant experience in a similar field A track record of designing and delivering workshops and training sessions, presenting at internal and external events, and contributing to thought leadership S trong networks and meaningful connections within the Forensics community with an awareness of emerging issues impacting clients and the industry A passion for growing and developing teams through coaching, mentoring, and providing regular feedback to support career progression A commercial mindset with experience identifying and pursuing new business opportunities Chartered accountant qualification and/or tertiary qualification in a relevant field is desirable What you’ll gain: A supportive, inclusive culture where your ideas and perspective are welcomed in every interaction The opportunity to work with leading organisations and cutting-edge technology that challenge and expand your forensic expertise Clear paths for c areer progression supported by continuous learning and leadership developmen t Generous leave entitlements to support your work-life balance - including floating public holidays, birthday leave and ability to purchase additional leave on top of your four weeks of annual leave A world-class parental leave policy offering up to 26 weeks of leave for caregivers, supporting your family and personal life Flexibility means trusting you to choose when, where, and how you work—balancing what’s best for you, your team, and your clients to grow and thrive together We know that perks are as important as your financial rewards.
