Our team is driven, authentic, and passionate about making a positive impact. We run over 400 events across 43 industry sectors every year, connecting top business leaders with transformative experiences. As a Delegate Sales Specialist, your responsibilities will include:
* Driving delegate sales by engaging with senior decision-makers and identifying opportunities to grow our business.
* Leading generation and prospecting activities using tools like LinkedIn to identify and engage new prospects.
* Maintaining accurate records and tracking progress through our CRM system.
* Staying across key industry trends to provide market insight and tailor your approach to add value to conversations.
* Meeting daily outreach targets through calls, emails, and follow-ups.
We are looking for someone with 2-3 years' experience in a sales role, preferably within the events or exhibitions sector. You should be comfortable with cold calling and confident in building rapport and overcoming objections. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential, as well as a degree qualification or equivalent work experience.
