About us
We have been providing SMSF services and products within our community of Advisers, Accountants and Trustees for over twenty-five years. A founder business with deep technical know-how, we leverage our expertise through our people, processes, and platforms. We not only administer SMSFs, provide documents and actuarial certificates, we use our unique place in the market to educate our partners and clients allowing them to make better decisions about their financial future.
Our values are Courage, Accountability, Trust, Authenticity, Respect and Excellence. We live them and recognise when they are role modelled by others.
The Opportunity
We are looking for an organised, detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Documents Administrator. In this role you will prepare and review SMSF documentation and certificates using our systems and processes. Most calculations are automated, so the focus is on accuracy, exceptional review, and excellent client communication.
This is a great role for someone who enjoys problem solving, structured workflow, clear processes, and high-quality outcomes —no prior SMSF experience is required. Training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
* Review system-generated certificates flagged for manual oversight.
* Prepare SMSF certificates and documentation received via email or outside core platforms.
* Communicate with clients using professional templates and tailored responses.
* Prepare other SMSF documentation, including trust deeds and pension forms.
* Follow established processes with accuracy and escalate issues if needed.
Skills & Experience We Are Looking For
Essential
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy with numbers and systems.
* Comfortable working with structured processes and databases.
* Enjoy evaluating information, thinking logically, and solving problems.
* Ability to manage tasks under deadlines and prioritise effectively.
* Self-motivated and eager to learn new systems and technical skills.
* Clear written and verbal communication skills.
Nice to Have
* Experience in processing, admin, or operations.
Note: Previous SMSF or actuarial experience is not required — we invest in training the right person.
