Corporate Account Director Job Description

The role of Corporate Account Director is a high-level position that involves managing complex client relationships across multiple states. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for coordinating with diverse stakeholders to deliver seamless end-to-end solutions for corporate clients.

Key responsibilities include owning the full client journey, leading integrated client solutions, building influential relationships, driving strategic growth, shaping underwriting quality, and making decisions that matter. You will work closely with Regional Managers, Client & Broker Engagement teams, and Risk Solution specialists to develop holistic approaches.


Requirements and Qualifications:

* Established relationships in the broker market, particularly in core sectors
* Exceptional stakeholder management skills across different organisation levels, teams and functions
* Ability to identify promising prospects and convert them through technical expertise and relationship skills
* Skilled at coordinating risk surveys and implementing risk requirements
* Comfortable balancing client needs with strong underwriting principles
* Passion for the care, education, and faith sectors
* Proven track record of profitable growth in underwriting or corporate broking

As part of this role, you will enjoy negotiating terms directly with brokers, empowering you to create tailored solutions for complex risks. You will collaborate with our Product & Underwriting team to ensure excellence in underwriting referrals and approvals.
