Merchandiser Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Merchandiser/Sales Support Representative in Adelaide and surrounding areas. This is a permanent part-time position requiring at least 17 hours per week with flexibility to increase when needed.
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform merchandising duties at store level according to trade standards.
* Maximise sales by seeking incremental opportunities.
* Ensure adequate stock is available on displays and correct ticketing is in place.
* Manage customer relationships effectively through communication with store personnel.
* Adhere to scheduled Call Plan and complete in-store tasks as requested.
This role requires a valid driver's license and access to a roadworthy vehicle.
Requirements:
* Higher school certificate or equivalent.
* Previous experience in a merchandising/sales role, preferably in a grocery or FMCG organisation.
* Drive for results, customer focus, interpersonal savvy, creativity, problem-solving, and basic selling skills.
