We are seeking a talented and experienced Painter & Decorator to join our team at Platinum Building Improvements on a sub-contract basis.
This is a crucial role in ensuring the high-quality delivery of our building improvement services to clients across Adelaide.
As a Painter & Decorator, you will be responsible for providing skilled workmanship in all painting, decorating and finishing tasks.
Responsibilities
Preparing surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and priming as required.
Applying high-quality paints, varnishes, and other finishes to interior and exterior surfaces.
Ensuring a clean and tidy work area throughout the project.
Collaborating with the wider construction team to deliver projects on time and to the highest standards.
Interior and exterior painting of all surfaces using water and oil based paints.
Spraying surfaces if required.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Painter & Decorator.
Excellent knowledge of paint types, application techniques.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
The ability to work efficiently and to deadlines, both independently and as part of a team.
A valid driver's licence and your own reliable transportation.
Basic tools.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
