The business is fast growing and has an exceptional culture. Due to this growth, they are looking for an Account Manager. The organisation is super innovative and progressive and provide a number of growth opportunities for employees.
Key responsibilities:
* Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts.
* Act as primary point of contact for assigned accounts post-sale.
* Ensure seamless onboarding, training, and rollout of any new adopted products.
* Develop strategies to drive high customer engagement levels.
* Monitor customer feedback and usage data to proactively address adoption barriers.
* Maintain accurate sales forecasting and reporting using CRM tools.
* Provide market insights and customer feedback to the product team to enhance product development.
* Develop case studies and testimonials with successful customers to support future sales.
* Build and execute account plans aligned to customer business outcomes.
Key experience and skills:
* 3+ years in account management, customer success, or client services role (SaaS or technology preferred)
* Proven track record driving retention and expansion revenue.
* Strong relationship-building skills
* Commercial acumen: comfortable with contracts, pricing, negotiations.
