The Role
* Take full commercial ownership of project performance including cost, risk and margin protection
* Forensically assess and challenge builder claims, variations and EOT submissions
* Control program strategy and sequencing with a focus on protecting time and downstream cost
* Lead meetings with authority and issue clear, defensible minutes that stand up contractually
* Interrogate feasibility, procurement and design decisions to drive cost efficiency
* Hold consultants and contractors accountable to scope and contractual obligations
* Provide direct, commercially grounded advice to ownership with clear risk positioning
The Criteria
* Delivered at least two 15 plus storey projects in Australia as the lead Project Manager, builder side
* Strong commercial grounding managing head contract, variations, EOTs and subcontract negotiations
* Proven ability to run full program including basement staging, structure sequencing and services coordination
* Comfortable being commercially assertive without damaging relationships.
The Company
Privately owned Adelaide developer with a long standing presence in the local market. Projects are controlled locally and decisions are made by ownership, not interstate offices. A five year pipeline is already secured.
