The Impact You'll Make
As Our Payroll Officer, you will take ownership of the end‑to‑end payroll lifecycle for our diverse Victorian workforce. Your day‑to‑day will involve
* End‑to‑End Excellence: managing high‑volume, multi‑location payroll with clinical precision.
* Legislative Mastery: interpreting complex Retail Awards and ensuring we remain a gold standard for compliance.
* Problem Solving: partnering with HR to resolve queries, managing leave entitlements, and streamlining timesheet processes.
* Data Integrity: maintaining our payroll systems and supporting critical month‑end and year‑end reporting.
What You Bring to the Table
We are looking for a payroll specialist who balances technical "know‑how" with a customer‑service heart.
* Experience: You've managed payroll in a high‑volume, multi‑site environment (Retail or Hospitality experience is a major plus).
