**What you'll be doing**:
- Partnering with a high-performing New Home Sales Consultant in a busy display home environment
- Engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and qualifying opportunities
- Coordinating appointments, managing leads, and maintaining CRM records
- Collaborating with internal teams including drafting, estimating, and construction
- Assisting with marketing initiatives and promotional events
- Building your product and industry knowledge while learning the complete sales process
**What we're looking for**:
This is a demanding and fast-paced role that requires resilience, adaptability, and a genuine commitment to your clients. It's also highly rewarding both professionally and financially for those who embrace the challenge.
- Strong people skills with the ability to build trust quickly
- A results-driven mindset and willingness to learn a new industry
- Sales or customer service background (any industry)
- Tech-savvy with an eye for detail
- Weekend availability (when most client activity happens)
- Driver's licence and reliable vehicle
