About the Role
This rewarding position involves providing one-on-one support to an individual with a disability who enjoys participating in community activities.
You will be responsible for supporting outings, including lunch engagements, as well as activities such as swimming at a local leisure centre, bowling, or attending movies.
The position is available on either Tuesdays or Wednesdays each week, from 12:00pm to 3:00pm, although times may vary slightly for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
* Assistance with daily living tasks
* Shift planning and coordination
* Documenting progress and maintaining records
* Community access and transportation using your own vehicle
* Working casual shifts on either Tuesdays or Wednesdays each week, from 12:00pm to 3:00pm
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Certification in Disability Support or similar
* Experience working with individuals with disabilities
* Current First Aid and CPR certification
* Unrestricted Australian Drivers Licence
