Western Sydney University is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Librarian to lead a team of 7 direct reports and be responsible for the day-to-day running of the Learning Hub.
This is an ideal role for someone who is passionate about aligning library services with student success and wants to continue developing their career within the library industry.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional service to students, staff, and the wider community.
* Collaborate with fellow team leaders and other functions to achieve goals.
Requirements:
* Hold a degree or relevant qualification in Library Services.
* Demonstrate strong people management skills with experience leading multi-campus staff.
* Possess strong communication skills, including the ability to communicate well with fellow team leaders.
* Have technological competence, although not necessary for success in this role.

Remuneration Package:
$95,777 to $102,659 per annum, plus Superannuation and Leave Loading, HEW Level 6.
