Key Responsibilities:
* Floristry and Arrangement Creation
* Perform Daily Operations and Oversight
* Utilise Product Knowledge to Assess Quality and Suitability
Requirements:
* Certificate III in Floristry
* 3 Years Experience in a High Volume Floristry Role
* Leadership Experience Managing a Team of at Least 10
* Specialised Leadership within the Floristry Industry
