With great plans, big things happening, and an exciting program of projects to help deliver safe, secure, and sustainable water services into the future, you'll be the face of Coliban Water out in the community to talk about the great things we're planning. We want someone incredibly well organised and energetic, who isn't afraid of a deadline or the unexpected. Someone who is happy to communicate in person, over the phone, or on email to coordinate, plan and execute events and education sessions. A real people-person who loves to collaborate and talk to people of all ages and walks of life. Someone who constantly thinks about the customer and their needs, and advocates for these needs back into the business. Every day will be a little bit different, and the nature of this role means sometimes you'll work outside of normal work hours. Key Responsibilities: Identifying, initiating, developing, implementing and evaluating engagement plans that align with Coliban Water's vision and purpose. Working collaboratively with members of the team on development of education, communications and engagement activities using existing and new channels to ensure messages to our customers and stakeholders align. Identifying opportunities or problems and providing recommendations and advice on engagement best practice options to address them. Coordinating the sponsorships and donations program. Developing and implementing engagement tools for use by all staff. Analyse feedback and data from various channels for continuous improvement and development of the engagement and events effort and impact. Developing internal staff capability in engagement. This includes providing opportunity for all staff to participate in activities with customers. Performing relevant roles in the Incident Management Team as required. About you: - Highly developed engagement skills with the ability to build effective and professional working relationships with internal and external stakeholders. - Demonstrated analytical, planning and problem-solving skills. - Demonstrated the ability to perform a variety of tasks to deliver an effective engagement and events program. This includes being able to respond and adapt to changing priorities and operational demands with minimal notice. - Proven ability to provide tactical and strategic advice on engagement activities to management and staff at all levels. - Proven experience in delivering an engagement program that includes options to deliver this in a face to face or online manner. Learn more in the position description Salary: The salary and conditions for this position will be as per the Coliban Water Enterprise Agreement 2021 Band 3 $74,200-$90,097 + superannuation salary range will be offered to the successful candidate commensurate with their skills and experience. This role is a Fulltime Ongoing position.
