Job Responsibilities
* Lead a team of groomers to achieve sales targets and develop their skills further
* Recruit, onboard, and induct new team members with the Store Manager's support
* Provide full grooming services for various breeds, including bathing, drying, nail clipping, brushing, combing, and breed-specific clipping
* Create a positive and memorable experience for customers and their dogs
* Coordinate the grooming salon and clients with the Store Manager
* Makes client bookings and assists shop floor staff when needed
* Manage stock levels
Requirements
* Experience in a similar role or as a senior groomer ready to take on leadership responsibilities
* Detailed knowledge of specific breed clips
* Strong leadership skills to motivate and guide the team towards achieving goals
* Ability to establish and maintain strong safety practices across the salon and store
* Proven success in driving sales growth and meeting customer targets
* Excellent business acumen and financial understanding
* Ability to handle and care for live animals, with physical fitness to lift heavy pets if required
* Flexibility to adapt to changing work conditions
* Prioritization and time management skills to balance multiple tasks
