Are you a creative, strategic marketer with a passion for luxury lifestyle brands? W Brisbane is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead innovative campaigns, elevate brand storytelling, and drive revenue growth across our hotel – from its distinctive rooms to The Lex, Living Room Bar, WET Deck, AWAY Spa and of course, curate unforgettable events worthy of the global W Hotels positioning.
As Marketing Manager, you'll:
Develop and execute the annual marketing plan in line with W Hotels and Marriott International brand standards with your team.
Support brand strategy, creative innovation, and content development to position W Brisbane as the city's top luxury lifestyle destination.
Manage marketing channels, social media, and digital campaigns to maximise engagement and ROI.
Build strong partnerships with media, influencers, and tourism bodies to amplify our presence.
Oversee photography, video shoots, and ensure all materials reflect W's distinctive brand identity.
What We're Looking For:
Experience: Minimum 4 years in marketing and PR within luxury or consumer segments; luxury hotel experience highly desirable but not essential.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
Skills: Strategic planning, digital marketing, social media management, copywriting, project management, and strong creative flair.
Competencies: Innovative thinker, results-driven, excellent communication skills, and a natural leader who inspires teams.
