Your part in our Blue Care team
As a Personal Carer, you’ll provide care to clients living in the community, supporting their independence and improving their quality of life.
Spending your time on the road completing scheduled visits, interacting one-on-one with clients within their homes supporting with daily activities
Providing in-home personal care, daily living assistance including showering, personal hygiene, meal preparation, house cleaning, laundry and ironing
Providing care in accordance with individualised Care Plans
Supporting with community-based recreational and social activities
Transportation and assistance with shopping and appointments

What makes a difference for us?
Certificate III in Aged Care, Home and Community Care, Disability Support, or an equivalent qualification
Current Australian driver’s license and a roadworthy vehicle as required (Applicable only for Personal Carer – Community Aged Care)
Experience with technology including smartphones, tablets, laptops, etc.
Confidence to satisfy the relevant probity checks required by legislation or policies
