Financial Relationship Specialist

This role involves building strong relationships with corporate clients and internal branches to deliver customized financial solutions.

You will work with senior bankers to market the bank's services and grow lending and investment business.

* You will prepare credit and investment memos, collaborate with Risk Management for analysis and approval, and participate in corporate transactions.
* You will act as the first line of defense in credit underwriting and monitoring, manage and monitor closed transactions to ensure compliance and performance.
* You will build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and internal branches, deliver customized financial solutions and identify new business opportunities.
* You will contribute to business planning, proposals, and presentations, solicit deposit and funding opportunities from clients, negotiate terms and interact professionally with clients and partner banks.

Key Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree required; MBA, CFA, or FRM preferred.
* Minimum 3 years of client relationship and credit experience in corporate banking or investment banking.
* Strong background in project/structured finance or corporate transactions.
* Credit trained with solid financial analysis, research, and modeling skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
* Confident in presenting and defending ideas in front of senior stakeholders or credit committees.
* Strong team player with proven collaboration and leadership potential.
* Highly organized, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities.
* Ethical, professional, and proactive with a high level of integrity.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Willing to learn, take initiative, and travel when required.
