The Wolf Delicatessen is open 5 days a week Mon-Fri Breakfast & Lunch. We are looking for a Chef to take charge and lead with the production of high quality & artesian Deli foods.
We have a food philosophy that encourages and applauds consistency. As such our recipes are developed around classics and never waver from that profile. We use the finest local ingredients and organics when possible and change menus in line with seasonality. This role is based in Brisbane city and has a 6am start time each day.
You will be responsible for…
* Managing & producing food production schedules each day
* Producing artesian quality deli foods every day.
* Production of Baguettes, sandwiches, salads, frittata…
* Responsible for food safety and Hygiene
* BOH operations & ordering
* Food Safety procedures
* Leading a small team.
