About the Position:
An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Project Manager to join the team on a residential basis in Karratha. Working Monday to Friday on local civil projects, you will lead land development, road construction, and earthworks projects from planning through to completion. This is a permanent role offering stability, excellent remuneration, and housing support.
Key Responsibilities Include:
* Manage and deliver civil infrastructure projects safely, on time, and within budget.
* Lead and coordinate site delivery teams and subcontractors.
* Oversee planning, scheduling, and execution of construction works.
* Monitor project progress, budgets, and compliance requirements.
* Liaise with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure effective communication.
* Provide technical input and guidance across project stages.
* Prepare and present regular progress and cost reports.
* Ensure construction adheres to design, safety, and quality standards.
* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence.
* Support and mentor junior engineers and site staff.
Skills & Experience Required:
* Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (minimum requirement).
* 6–7+ years' experience as a Project Engineer, Senior Project Engineer, or Project Manager.
* Proven success in delivering civil projects such as roadworks, land development, and bulk earthworks.
* Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
* Experience managing projects valued between $10–20 million+.
* Stable career history with civil contractors in WA or similar markets.
* Current Australian C Class driver's licence.
