Your role
In this position, you will report to the Senior Manager, Business Resilience and Risk Maturity Uplift as a key member of the Line 1 Risk and Control Advisory Leadership team.
This role provides strategic leadership for Hollard's enterprise‐wide risk maturity and business resilience capabilities. You will be supporting the evolution and development of the organisation's first line Risk Maturity Uplift Strategy and associated delivery roadmap. You will drive the ongoing embedment of CPS230 compliance and lead the organisational shift to resilience management, in addition to existing Business Continuity Management (BCM) responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
Provide leadership and direction across enterprise risk and resilience initiatives, promoting a strong one‐team culture
Partner with senior leaders and business stakeholders to deliver risk maturity uplift and business resilience programs
Lead and contribute to risk assessments, business impact analysis workshops, and business continuity planning activities
Drive the embedment of CPS230 compliance and support the transition to broader operational resilience practices
Develop and maintain resilience frameworks, metrics, and governance processes aligned with regulatory requirements
Build strong stakeholder relationships and provide trusted risk and resilience advisory support across the organisation
About you
Proven experience in enterprise risk, operational resilience, business continuity, or risk transformation environments
Strong understanding of CPS230 and operational resilience frameworks within regulated industries
Ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders across all levels of the business
Experienced in facilitating workshops, conducting risk assessments, and driving continuous improvement initiatives
Strong communication, leadership, and relationship management skills
Passionate about building resilient, high‐performing organisations and fostering a collaborative team culture
