We are seeking a highly driven Internal Sales Representative to join our team in Bunbury. You will be the voice behind important life announcements, births, deaths, celebrations, and job opportunities – helping our clients share their stories with care and professionalism.
What You'll Do
* Handle phone and email enquiries with empathy and professionalism, including sensitive calls from grieving families.
* Manage multiple print deadlines and ensure accuracy across all submissions.
* Edit and prepare content for publication, ensuring perfect grammar and adherence to print protocols.
* Liaise with designers and chase missing copy to keep production on track.
* Upsell advertising options over the phone to drive revenue and meet team KPIs.
What We're Looking For
* Exceptional grammar, spelling, and attention to detail.
* Strong time management skills and ability to juggle competing priorities.
* Confident communicator with a warm, empathetic approach.
* Comfortable working under pressure and meeting daily deadlines.
