We take the time to match our staff with clients to ensure a smooth transition to services. Our induction and registration process is detailed, and you will be fully briefed on all clients referred to you.
To be successful, we seek:
Experience in community services work
Cert 3 in individual support
Current First Aid Certificate
Current Federal Police Check
Working with children check (NSW) or blue and yellow cards (QLD)
2 work related referees
