We are seeking a proactive and highly organised professional to support the day-to-day operations of our Contracts and Commercial Team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the team's inbox and track actions for timely follow-up.
* Allocate tasks to team members based on subject matter, urgency, and workload.
* Assess incoming documents for completeness and relevance, flag missing information and compare with previous matters to support decision-making.
* Maintain effective administrative systems and processes to support daily team operations.
* Liaise with key stakeholders to coordinate and progress tasks efficiently.
Requirements:
* Experience coordinating administrative activities within a busy team or functional area.
* Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.
* Advanced computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office applications.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively across diverse audiences.
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment and discretion in determining appropriate actions.
