Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Property Buyers Agent, based in Sunshine Coast, QLD, with the flexibility to work remotely on occasion. The role involves assisting clients in identifying and purchasing residential properties, providing expert buyer representation, and conducting property searches. The Buyers Agent will also manage customer interactions, maintain professional relationships, and assist with the property sales process.
Qualifications
* Experience in Buyer Representation and Residential Real Estate transactions
* Possession of a valid Real Estate License in Queensland
* Customer Service skills, including excellent communication and relationship‐building abilities
* Sales knowledge and a proven ability to close transactions
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
* Proficient in understanding local real estate market trends and the Sunshine Coast property market
* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid working environment
