For this role, we are looking for someone with at least seven years of relevant recruitment experience within the software industry and functional understanding of the competitive landscape. The ideal candidate will have experience in Talent Acquisition and deep sourcing expertise in areas such as Technology, Software Engineering, Product development/design, Marketing, and Sales in AU, with a bonus advantage being experience recruiting in the US and the UK.
The successful candidate will possess strong communication and stakeholder management skills, be proactive, solutions-focused, and comfortable navigating ambiguity. Experience in a startup or scale-up environment is highly desirable, and tech-savviness with HRIS and ATS platforms, familiarity with tools like Google Workspace, Slack, and Confluence is a strong advantage.
