Design Architect
We are seeking skilled professionals to join our Brisbane studio in a full-time, permanent capacity.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Accredited Architectural Qualifications:A qualification recognised in Australia, New Zealand, or the UK; or equivalent.
* Technical Expertise:Minimum 2 years post-graduate employment experience.
* Strong Technical and Design Skills:Proven ability in design, documentation, and coordination, supported by sound construction and detailing knowledge.
* BIM and Project Management Capability:Proficiency in Revit and BIM, with experience managing projects and client relationships.
* Comprehensive Industry Knowledge:Understanding of National Competency Standards, Building Codes, and relevant Standards applicable to project locations.
* Professional and Personal Effectiveness:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, sound judgment, and a proactive, solutions-focused approach to deliver exceptional results.
You will be able to
* Deliver Design Excellence:Create innovative, compliant designs and documentation across all project stages while staying current with industry standards.
* Drive Project Performance:Manage projects to meet time, cost, and quality goals, coordinate teams, uphold standards, and mentor junior staff to support business growth.
