The role
Internationally renowned chef Clare Smyth's Oncore restaurant offers an exceptional dining experience with a menu crafted from sustainable ingredients. We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join the Oncore kitchen as a full-time Chef de Partie. In this role, you will create joyful experiences for our guests through your genuine care. The responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following:
* Capability to set a leading example and inspire a team of kitchen professionals.
* Assist Senior Chefs in daily food preparation and service, ensuring the maintenance of high and consistent food standards.
* Collaborate in achieving daily financial targets.
* Follow health and safety protocols, policies, and procedures related to food and workplace safety.

* Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
* Ability to follow instructions and adapt to competing demands.
* Self-motivated and adaptable.
* Experience in upscale dining or hospitality establishments.
