As a Key Account + Business Development Manager, you'll focus on maintaining and growing key relationships across our online platform, crematorium, and catering division, delivering exceptional service to families and businesses alike.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to deliver the company's growth targets across group brands.
* Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients through excellent communication and customer service.
* Understand client needs and pain points, and provide tailored solutions to address them.
* Develop and execute account plans to achieve revenue and growth targets.
* Collaborate cross-functionally across the organisation with the software development, admin, operations, and marketing teams to deliver integrated solutions to clients.
Requirements
* Minimum 2 years' experience in sales, account management, or technical client support, preferably in B2B & software.
* Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud solutions, and managed services.
* Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with small to medium business owner clients.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to different stakeholders.
* Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills, with a focus on delivering value to clients.
* Strong organisational and time management skills to handle multiple clients and tasks.
