As HR Manager, you’ll be the sole People & Culture lead on-site and work directly with our General Manager — a leader who truly sets the standard. Supportive, values-driven, collaborative, and genuinely invested in both guest excellence and team wellbeing. You’ll have the pleasure of leading a talented HR Coordinator, working closely with them to grow their skills and support their journey in HR.
In this role, you’ll have the scope to shape culture, lead recruitment and onboarding, drive training and development, ensure compliance, and guide leaders through the moments that matter. You’ll also work closely with our fantastic department heads — a group of passionate professionals who lift each other up and share a real commitment to continuous improvement.
We’re looking for someone who:
Brings at least 4 years of generalist HR experience (hospitality background an advantage)
Has strong ER, recruitment, and training know-how
Leads with heart and purpose, helping others grow their skills, confidence, and career paths
Loves being hands-on and independent, while also knowing when to lean into the wider IHG support network
Is exceptionally skilled at fostering meaningful relationships, earning credibility and trust through clear communication, integrity, and a collaborative approach
Is passionate about fostering a workplace where everyone can thrive
