About the role
The Clinical Student Nurse Facilitator actively provides necessary learning opportunities and support for Undergraduate Nursing students in designated areas, using a variety of teaching strategies in collaboration with the Learning & Development Manager/ Clinical Educator and Nurse Unit Managers.
About you
AHPRA Registration with current practicing certificate
Demonstrated high levels of communication, problem solving, conflict resolution and negotiation skills
Evidence of facilitating learning needs of nursing students within their role in a clinical environment
Demonstrated ability to effectively teach and preceptor undergraduate nurses
Minimum 3 years post graduate clinical experience in relevant specialist fields.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel
Desirable requirements:
Certificate IV in Training & Assessment
Previous Student Facilitation
