About our opportunity
Commencing in February 2027 our Agronomy stream will provide you with the skills and training you need to be a future leader or technical expert within agronomy. Our graduates grow their careers here through unique opportunities across every corner of Australia.
Our 24‐month program will see you join a cohort of other ambitious graduates and participate in four leadership and skill‐building workshops, receive on‐the‐ground training, and have three mentors assigned to you. The Graduate Program is based on a robust learning model and will see you adding value as a full‐time ongoing employee from day one, doing real work and delivering real results.

What you'll need to be successful
* Graduated prior to the commencement of the 2027 program, or no longer than 3 years ago, with a minimum of a Diploma in Agriculture, Ag Science, or a relevant field.
* Demonstrate a willingness to learn, a proactive approach, strong communication skills, and a passion for agriculture.
* Demonstrate customer service, problem solving, and leadership capabilities.
* Permanent ongoing working rights within Australia.

Successful applicants will be offered a position in July/August 2026, to commence the role in February 2027.
