We are seeking a skilled Systems Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for maintaining and supporting our core infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance, stability, and security of our systems.

Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Monitoring and maintaining network and server systems to ensure high availability and performance
* Identifying and resolving issues related to network infrastructure, hardware components, and software applications
* Monitoring and maintaining file storage systems
* Managing regular backups and recovery operations
* Installation, configuration, and maintenance of new hardware and software
* Maintaining documentation for system configurations, procedures, and policies
* Supporting other IT team members, acting as an escalation point for service desk requests and support ongoing projects
* Working closely with our security team to ensure systems consistently meet security frameworks and business requirements
* Providing recommendations on improvements while staying aligned with current industry trends and emerging technologies
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Industry experience in a technical support or administrator role (~2 years)
* Proficient in Windows operating systems and Server environments (macOS desirable)
* Experience with backup technologies and disaster recovery systems
* Well-rounded knowledge of Microsoft networking fundamentals (Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, VLAN, Routing) and security best practices
* Management skills of networking infrastructure; switches, routers, WAPs
* Experience with Microsoft 365 applications and management
* Working knowledge of mass storage devices (NetApp preferred)
* Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V
* Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
