* Effective communication with other departments will be vital in delivering excellent service.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Previous customer service experience, preferably in a hotel environment, is highly desirable.
* A team-focused, can-do attitude with enthusiasm for connecting with guests and understanding their needs is essential.
* The ability to work independently, demonstrate initiative, and participate in training programs to enhance skills is also necessary.
* Prompt and efficient service delivery, combined with a positive and professional attitude, will be highly valued.
* Knowledge of Opera Cloud would be beneficial but not essential.
