Responsibilities
* Operate commercial washers, dryers and ironing machines safely
* Pick up, tag, and sort guest laundry and dry‐cleaning
* Record quantity of packed items in the packing and delivery logbooks
* Spot garments for stain removal
* Deliver guest garments
* Wash and process staff uniforms
* Load and unload washing machines
Qualifications
* Previous experience within a hotel environment or a similar fast‐paced role
* Strong attention to detail with exceptional organisational and time‐management skills
* Ability to act consistently with clear ethics and values, maintaining confidentiality
* Understanding of safe lifting practices and occupational health and safety standards
* Superior customer service skills and ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team
* Ability to create a positive first impression, meeting 5‐star grooming standards
* Flexibility to work on a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays
