We are seeking a skilled Clinical Nurse to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the activities of Integrated Cancer Services for the Wheatbelt region and ensuring the quality and standard of practice within the team.
Responsibilities
* Coordinating patient care in both inpatient and domiciliary settings
* Planning and implementing quality improvement programs, accreditation, and policy formation
* Liaising with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless delivery of cancer services
* Maintaining accurate records and reporting on patient outcomes
Requirements
1. Demonstrated competencies and considerable experience in cancer nursing, in both hospital and community settings
2. Proven organizational planning, problem-solving, and leadership skills
3. Superior communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills
4. A sound understanding with some experience of quality improvement programs, accreditation, and policy formation
5. Demonstrated commitment to professional development of self and others
