About the Role
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will coordinate end-to-end recruitment and ensure new employees are set up for success from day one. This hands‑on role suits someone who enjoys variety, working with people, and keeping processes running on time to meet deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage end-to-end recruitment.
* Draft and post job adverts, shortlist candidates and conduct interviews.
* Complete pre‑employment checks, reference checks and documentation.
* Coordinate onboarding and induction activities such as medicals and mine site training.
* Prepare contracts, letters of offer, and employee records.
* Maintain recruitment tracking and HR systems.
* Provide general HR / Training administration support when required.
What We're Looking For
* Experience in recruitment, onboarding, HR, or a similar coordination role.
* Mining or engineering trades knowledge (desirable).
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
* Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
* High attention to detail and accurate documentation.
* Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and meet deadlines.
* Confident using HRIS, recruitment systems and Microsoft Office.
