Job Description
Reporting to the Store Manager, you will have full accountability for the day‑to‑day running of the bakery department. You will take pride in contributing to a store that is exceptionally presented, welcoming and engaging for our customers, team members and local community.
Responsibilities
* Previous experience working in a fast‑paced environment.
* Direct/indirect leadership experience, leading, coaching and developing your team to meet sales targets, cost control and rostering requirements.
* Maintain excellent department standards, monitoring stock, rotation routines, waste and quality control.
* Drive a one‑team culture that celebrates success and puts team members' health, safety and wellbeing first.
* Delight customers with an outstanding shopping experience.
