Senior Human Resources Leader
The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in human resources leadership, preferably within the hospitality industry. They will be responsible for leading and overseeing the day-to-day operation of the Talent & Culture Department, collaborating with senior leadership on the implementation of the human resources strategy. This includes promoting positive colleague relations through an environment that encourages open communication, trust, mutual respect and fun.
Main Responsibilities:
* Leverage research and analysis to identify organizational trends and provide recommendations to improve performance.
* Monitor and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, recommending best practices.
* Oversee the administration of human resource programs, including compensation, benefits, leaves, disciplinary matters, disputes, investigations, performance management, recognition and morale, occupational health and safety, and training and development.
Requirements:
* Minimum of four (4) years' experience in a human resources leadership capacity, preferably within the hospitality industry.
* University/college degree or diploma required.
* Formal education or certification in Human Resources Management is an asset.
* Previous experience with benefit administration and employee wellness and safety initiatives is preferred.
