About the Role
As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will lead the strategy and execution of search engine and paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Microsoft Ads. You will leverage your expertise in SEO, SEM, audience targeting, and conversion optimization to drive high-quality leads.
You will work closely with the team to develop and implement data-driven search engine and paid marketing strategies, manage, optimize, and scale paid campaigns, conduct deep keyword research and audience segmentation, design and refine ad funnels, run A/B tests, analyze campaign performance, and work closely with account managers to enhance campaign effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement data-driven search engine and paid marketing strategies.
* Manage, optimize, and scale paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Microsoft Ads.
* Conduct deep keyword research and audience segmentation for precision targeting.
* Design and refine ad funnels to maximize conversions and ROI.
* Run A/B tests to optimize ad copy, landing pages, and targeting strategies.
* Analyze campaign performance—monitor key metrics like CTR, CPA, and conversion rates, then implement optimizations.
* Work closely with Google and Meta account managers to enhance campaign effectiveness.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Strong background in search engine and paid marketing strategy and execution.
* Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, Microsoft Ads, and paid acquisition channels.
* Deep analytical skills—experience optimizing campaign performance through data insights.
* SEO and SEM knowledge, including tracking, attribution models, and reporting tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, etc.
