The opportunity
As a newly created position within the structure, our ICT team are seeking an ICT Systems Administrator to proactively design, implement, and manage Council's enterprise systems that support the organisation.
The ICT Systems Administrator role is key in the day to day operational stability of Council's ICT environment, incident and problem management, project development and delivery. You will support the scope, development and delivery of our ICT Projects, which includes delivering infrastructure systems and services that are reliable, fit for purpose and evolving with the needs of Council.
1. This is a permanent opportunity – working full-time working 35 hours / week + access to a flexible working arrangement
2. Base Salary Range: $87,392 to $102,814 pa based on 35 hours / week + 12% superannuation + $2,464 retention allowance
3. You will be working from PSC Administration Building, Raymond Terrace

4. Management of Council's ICT infrastructure systems and services
5. Autonomous incident and problem management, including the investigation and resolution of incidents in a way that minimises service disruption to customers
6. Project delivery across all sites of PSC

7. Tertiary or industry qualifications that demonstrates expertise and competency in the ICT discipline
8. Demonstrated experience in administering ICT infrastructure hardware, operating environments, systems and services in an enterprise environment to deliver on key accountabilities
9. Well-developed interpersonal and verbal communication skills, and a demonstrated ability to work as part of a team, and autonomously
