About The Role
Ventia is seeking full‐time Vehicle Inspector / Car Detailers at HMAS Cerberus. The role involves conducting vehicle audits and washing of company fleet & military vehicles on the Defence site. You'll perform inspection reports and car washing to keep vehicles in pristine condition. You will work closely with military personnel to understand their needs, coordinate repairs, manage inventory, and troubleshoot where needed – while maintaining a safe, organized work environment in line with Defence regulations.

* Must have HR licence.
* Basic knowledge of vehicle systems and inspection tools.
* Strong communication and customer service skills.

* Follow established procedures, actively look out for teammates, and understand that safety is a shared responsibility.
* Must be eligible to hold a Defence Security Clearance. As a result of this requirement, the applicant must be an Australian Citizen and be willing to undertake and maintain a satisfactory Australian Federal Police clearance.
