About the Role
Our client is seeking a Junior / Entry-Level Internal Sales Administrator to join their friendly and supportive sales team in Riverstone.
You'll be the first point of contact for customers and play a key role in supporting the sales team.
* Answer incoming sales calls and enquiries
* Assist customers via phone, email & Live Chat
* Follow up online and Live Chat enquiries
* Prepare quotes and sales orders (training provided)
* Learn to explain product features and benefits
* Support external sales reps and account managers
* Help manage service calls, warranties and site work
* Maintain accurate customer and order records
*About You* This role is ideal for someone starting out or early in their career.
* Great communication skills (written & verbal)
* Confident using computers and basic systems
