Our client owns and runs a busy general dentistry practice on the idyllic Lower North Shore and they have an exciting prospect for an experienced dental receptionist to join their front office team!
- Must be available to work the following roster:
- Mon;Tues;Thurs: 7.30am to 6pm
- Fri: 7:30am to 5pm**The successful Dental Receptionist will be responsible for;**
- Patient management; greeting and welcoming patients
- Answering phone calls and managing enquiries
- Managing patient appointments, recalls and confirmations/reminders
- Effectively manage patient accounts / invoicing including processing payments
- Providing excellent customer service and rapport building with patients
**Dental Receptionist Expectations;**
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a dental reception/ medical administration role
- Experience with Dental Software Systems
- A clear and polite telephone manner
- Dynamic, friendly, reliable and a real team player
- Exceptional communication skills - both written and verbal
