Options Optometrists operates 10 practices across Western Australia and South Australia. We are an independently owned group with a strong brand and a genuine commitment to the communities our practices serve. We manage our own marketing directly and we are looking for someone who can take real ownership of how we show up on social media.
The role
This is a focused, hands‐on content role. You will be responsible for our presence across Facebook, Instagram and TikTok, and personally produce original content that reflects the brand and connects with our audience.
You will work directly with the Managing Director and have general freedom over creative direction. You will be based at our West Perth office and will visit practices regularly to shoot content on location.
What you will be doing
* Planning and producing content across Facebook, Instagram and TikTok
* Visiting practices to shoot short‐form video and capture on‐brand content
* Managing paid social campaigns
* Maintaining a consistent, active and commercially minded social presence across the group
What we are looking for
* Demonstrated experience producing short‐form video, particularly for TikTok and Instagram Reels
* A self‐directed working style — you manage your own output and deadlines without being chased
* The ability to read a brand and adapt tone across different content types and audiences
* Healthcare or retail brand experience is an advantage but not essential
The arrangement
We are open to the right arrangement for the right person. This role suits a part‐time employee, a casual, or a contractor working across 1.5 to 2 days per week depending on content volume. We are flexible on how we structure it and happy to discuss what works.
What matters most is that you are reliable, creatively capable, and genuinely interested in building something with us over time.
