Project Control Professional Opportunity


Delivering ambitious and highly technical projects, we help our major global clients achieve their goals. As a key member of our project controls team in Melbourne, Australia, you will play a critical role in overseeing and managing project performance across various disciplines.



Key Responsibilities:



* Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost estimates to ensure timely delivery.

* Perform critical path analysis and progress tracking to inform project decisions.

* Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project risks.

* Prepare and analyse project performance reports to identify areas for improvement.

* Manage change control processes, including scope, schedule, and cost changes, to maintain project stability.

* Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to provide strategic insights and recommendations.

* Implement and maintain project control systems and tools to enhance efficiency.

* Support the development of project governance frameworks and best practices to ensure compliance.




Requirements:


We are seeking a highly skilled professional with proven experience in project controls within large-scale infrastructure or construction projects. You must have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, and proficiency in project management software such as Primavera P6 and cost management systems.


Strong knowledge of earned value management (EVM) principles and practices is essential, along with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, complex stakeholder environment is also required.
